Custom anodes use Grade 1 or Grade 2 titanium substrates with coating systems selected for the electrolyte and operating conditions. Available forms include plate, sheet, tube, mesh, round components and titanium baskets.
Available Materials and Forms
- Base material: Grade 1 and Grade 2 titanium.
- Coating options: ruthenium-iridium oxide, ruthenium-titanium oxide, and platinum/iridium/ruthenium coating systems subject to application review.
- Substrate size: thickness at least 1.5 mm, width up to 1200 mm and length up to 6000 mm.
- Catalog examples: tray 20 x 960 x 960 mm; mesh panel 1.5 x 887 x 887 mm; Grade 2 baffle plate 2.0 mm thick.
- Shapes: sheet, plate, round, tube, mesh, electroplating basket and drawing-based custom shapes.
- Condition: annealed titanium substrate.
