Please provide the grade, standard, diameter, length, quantity, tolerance, surface, inspection documents and delivery destination. All orders are quoted individually.
Manufacturing capability
Manufacturing & Inspection
Production routing is selected according to bar diameter, grade, condition and final tolerance. The following capabilities are confirmed against the drawing and purchase specification before quotation.
Forging & Cutting
Titanium billet is forged or rolled to the required section, then cut with machining allowance based on the finished dimensions.
Precision Processing
Turning, grinding and other finishing operations are selected to control diameter, straightness, out-of-round and surface condition.
Surface Finishing
Black, pickled or sandblasted finishes are available. Additional finish requirements are reviewed per specification.
Inspection & Traceability
Dimensional inspection, chemical composition and mechanical-property records are supplied as required. Ultrasonic or third-party inspection is available by agreement.
Documentation options: confirm the required inspection scope and acceptance criteria before ordering.

- Out-of-round is the difference between the maximum and minimum diameters of the bar, measured at the same cross section.
- Out-of-square section is the difference in the two dimensions at the same cross section of a square bar, each dimension being the distance between opposite faces.
