We use 800–5000 ton hydraulic presses to perform hot forging of titanium ingots. Through multiple forging passes, the material is shaped into discs. Both open-die and closed-die forging are available. The forging process is strictly controlled in terms of temperature and timing to refine grain structure, enhance density, and improve mechanical properties.

After forging, titanium discs are wire cut to shape contours, steps, or non-standard edges with ±0.01mm accuracy. This stress-free, non-contact method delivers clean edges and smooth surfaces—ideal for precision machining and assembly.

After forging, the titanium blanks undergo precision machining using CNC lathes to ensure dimensional accuracy, flatness, and concentricity. We support custom machining based on drawings, including steps, chamfers, and holes, ensuring seamless integration with downstream assemblies.
