Forging

Using 500–5000 ton hydraulic presses, we forge titanium blocks in standard and custom dimensions. The forging process ensures a dense and uniform internal structure, excellent mechanical properties, and stable material performance for further processing or direct use.

Machining Services

The forged billets undergo further compression and shaping to achieve more accurate dimensions. This step ensures structural uniformity and prepares the blocks for detailed machining.

Advanced Machining

Using CNC and conventional machining methods, we refine the block’s shape, adjust tolerances, and create precise surfaces according to customer specifications. This ensures each block meets exacting industrial standards.

Inspection & Quality Control

Each titanium block undergoes strict inspection processes, including ultrasonic testing, dimensional checks, chemical analysis, and mechanical property tests. Material certificates and third-party inspection reports are available upon request.
