We start by selecting the right titanium alloy grade according to your design requirements, working conditions, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AMS, ISO). Our engineering team helps review drawings and technical parameters to ensure production feasibility.

Titanium billets or ingots are forged and roughly shaped using hydraulic presses or specialized dies. This process improves internal grain structure and ensures mechanical strength for complex or heavy-duty applications.

Custom parts are machined with high precision using CNC centers, turning, drilling, and milling equipment. We support tight tolerance control and complex geometries, based on your 2D/3D drawings and specs.

Each product undergoes the appropriate surface treatment—such as pickling, sandblasting, oxidation, or anodizing—to improve corrosion resistance and appearance.

After finishing, we perform thorough quality checks, including dimensional inspection, surface evaluation, and non-destructive testing (e.g., ultrasonic or dye penetrant). Material certificates (MTC) and third-party reports can be provided upon request.

We work closely with leading freight forwarders and logistics partners to provide optimized international shipping. Packing is tailored to your order: from wooden crates, pallets, to cardboard tubes or vacuum-sealed foil—designed to protect high-value titanium goods during transit.
